The Springfield Headquarters is currently seeking a student to fill the Student Clerk position in the Procurement Department of the Accounting &  Finance Division.  The Student Clerk position offers part-time hours during the spring and fall semesters with the opportunity to work full-time in the summer.


The Student Clerk will primarily be responsible for assisting with document management in the Procurement Department,  such as scanning and electronically filing documents into enterprise-wide systems,  data entry,  and archiving contractual agreements.  Additional duties include various clerical support tasks for the Accounting &  Finance Division,  as assigned.


Qualified applicants must be currently enrolled in an academic education program.   The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word,  Excel,  and Outlook.   This candidate will display strong attention to detail and accuracy and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
