Want a chance to work on the front lines with a highly talented team with a mission of keeping the lights on?  Well,  you are in luck because a Cybersecurity Internship is available at our Headquarters facility located in Springfield,  Missouri.  This is a paid internship that offers employment during Summer 2022.  Normal working days are Monday through Friday.  You could also potentially receive course credit while working at AECI!  Contact your school’s career center for more information.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must be currently enrolled in a four year or advanced degree program in a computer-related field and have a passion for cybersecurity.  This internship will have the opportunity to work side by side with our talented Engineering Controls team in our Power Production division and work on state-of-the-art projects like:

  • Industrial Control Systems (ICS)  Program Implementation
  • Leverage sophisticated tools to reduce the risk of exploitation &  compromise across a large network
  • Utilize tools to automate and detect indicators of compromise
  • Assist with training our employees to become defenders of our technologies
