Learn everything there is to know about Front Office operation,  from check in and check out,  PBX Operator,  Guest Services and even Night Audit (optional)  to prepare you for your career in the loding and hospitality industry.   At this busy,  full service resort you will hone your customer service and problem solving skills as well as communnication,  time mamagement and attention to detail.   Full time hours available as well as all the perks of working at beautiful lakeside resort!   Special projects and monthly cultural events can also be built into your experience if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the full check in and check out process and assist guests.
  • Be the first point of contact for all guest queries,  problems,  complaints and comments.
  • Process credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work at a stand-up desk,  greeting every guest warmly and professionally
  • Learn the PBX Operator role,  fiedling all internal and external calls,  as well as acting as the central point in case of an emergency.
  • Assist with Guest Services duties,  including greeting guests,  providing directions and information and assiting with luggage.

Qualifications

You will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and an ability to ask questions,  a warm smile and a genuine desire to provide the best customer service to every guest every time!   Previous experience is not necessary as we will train you,  but previous cash handling experience will be helpful.
