This is a full time hours Internship that will run the duration of White Water’s season (approx.  5/23/21 -  9/6/21).

Summary:  The White Water Intern is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of all the aspects of Park Operation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Front Line Host for all departments (Front Gate,  Rentals,  Merchandise,  Food,  House and Grounds and Aquatics).
  • Participate in Safety meetings (to include What-If).
  • Participate in Leadership meetings.
  • Learn scheduling procedures.
  • Learn time keeping procedures.
  • Learn performance review procedures.
  • Assist with written communications.
  • Assist with creating and implementing improvements in safety,  guest excellence,  profit contribution and job satisfaction.
  • Assist with team projects including surveys,  appreciation events,  team outings and company events.
  • Assist Leadership with various tasks.
  • Complete one project (in a specific focus area)  as determined by Leadership.
