POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a high-achieving, creative, and motivated intern who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analysis, and project management. This role will assist in a recent systems conversion and create documentation for support efforts.

JOB DETAILS:

  • Durations and Hours: This part-time, 8-week internship, requires approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible work hours scheduled within regular business hours. Start date and term length are flexible but are expected to be within the Summer 2025 semester, with a flexible start date in June or July 2025.
  • Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $15 per hour. If your academic institution allows you to receive course credit for internship experiences, you must coordinate credit requirements directly with your college or university and communicate to the Foundation any employer requirements (such as supervisory assessments) your institution requires for course credit.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Conversion: Assist in conversion from previous Speech Analytics Software. Creating and converting conversational and acoustic tagging
  • Reporting: Assist in converting reports to new Speech Analytics, Workforce Management (WFM), and Dialer specific data
  • Rules based Notifications: Create alerts based on Agent or system performance for support or Operation’s Management
  • Create Support Documents (Playbook)

 

Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain practical experience in speech analytics and technology in a contact center.
  • Develop skills in analytics and reporting.
  • Learn about the technology support functions of a contact center.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work from Columbia, MO or Chesterfield, MO office.
  • Proficiency in AI, data analysis, and project management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must reside in Missouri.
  • Enrollment in an accredited Missouri college or university in an undergraduate program in business administration, information technology, project management, or a related field.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic data analysis and Excel skills (experience of data visualization tools a plus).
  • Proficiency in SQL/SSRS
  • Proficiency in Generative AI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft BI or Tableau
