Responsibilities

What you’ll do: 

  • Participate in the Office of Administration Summer internship program.
  • Update information on the intranet that supports the Division of Personnel in communication with other divisions within the Office of Administration.
  • Assist with reviewing presentations and projects for accessibility compliance.
  • Join the Employee Relations team during New Employee Orientation with set up and greeting new team members.
  • Assist other teams within the Division of Personnel on various projects, surveys, and tasks as needed.
  • Work may include maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and/or information.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ability to work as part of a team;
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Interns must be currently enrolled in a 2- year, 4- year, professional, or advanced college degree program.
