This industry is primarily centered on growing crops, raising animals, harvesting timber, and harvesting fish and other animals from their natural habitat, as well as farms and ranches. The production sector includes establishments which perform complete operation, for example farm owner-operators. The support sector includes establishments which perform any number of activities associated with operation, for example soil preparation. This industry does not include establishments primarily concerned with research and regulations. Examples include:
